I help people + organizations find clarity in the shift.
My work lives at the intersection of human behavior, organizational change + self-leadership. I partner with people navigating growth, tension, transition + high-change moments to get underneath what’s happening, identify what matters now + move forward with greater clarity, intention + ease.
I’m the creator of Present Continuous Leadership™, a leadership philosophy grounded in a simple truth: change is continuous, which means leadership is a present-tense practice.
I bring candor, curiosity + empathy to the work, along with a willingness to ask the question underneath the question. I want to know what’s really getting in the way.
Sometimes that means advising an executive team through a stalled strategic plan. Sometimes it means facilitating a room through a conversation they’ve been avoiding. Sometimes it means helping one human figure out what the hell comes next.

I hold an MBA from Ashland University + a BA in Mass Communications + Marketing from Wright State University. I’m a Certified Executive Leadership Coach, Certified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Assessor + graduate of the Leadership Columbus Signature Class of 2023.

At the heart of our brand is Imani, our beloved mascot + the embodiment of collaboration, trust, + adaptability. As an African Painted Dog, Imani symbolizes the power of teamwork - because great leadership is about lifting others up + moving forward together.
🐾 Imani’s name means “trust” in Swahili, reflecting the foundation of our work - helping teams trust themselves, their purpose, + their people.
💡 Known for strategic thinking + problem-solving, Imani is always ready to scout new perspectives, tackle challenges, + bring fresh energy to every endeavor.
🔹 Fun Fact: No two African Painted Dogs have the same coat pattern - just like no two leaders or teams are alike. Imani reminds us that individuality + unity go hand in hand.

Present Continuous Leadership™ is the philosophy underneath everything I do. It’s rooted in the belief that leadership isn’t something we pull out for the big moments. It’s practiced in how we pay attention, where we put our energy, the trust we build, the conversations we’re willing to have + the choices we make every day.
Whether I’m working with one person or an entire organization, I’m paying attention to what’s happening beneath the surface.
